Our Team

Brett Holmes

Founder & CEO

Brett grew up in Pennsylvania and spent much of his childhood outdoors, fishing, playing sports, and catching critters in the woods. After more than 15 years in finance and real estate investing in Chicago, in 2023 he realized a dream by acquiring and operating his first RV campground near his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. He now brings a wealth of real estate investment and hospitality experience to the world of campground management.

Brett's approach to campground management blends his finance background, obsession with detail, and his eye for design to focus on creating memorable guest experiences. In his free time, Brett enjoys hiking, camping, photography, skiing, fishing, scuba diving, and soccer. When at home, he can be found cooking and eating with friends.

Brett holds a B.S in Finance & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. Fun Fact: Brett's interior design side projects have been featured in several magazines and was showcased in a 2024 Super Bowl commercial, HGTV, and the Food Network.

Stacey Huck

Director of Campground Operations

Growing up surrounded by Montana’s breathtaking landscapes, Stacey spent her childhood exploring the great outdoors. For over a decade, Stacey has worked with hundreds of campground owners across the U.S. and Canada, helping them achieve notable results in operations, budgeting, revenue management, and marketing.

Stacey's professional goal is to support campground owners in reaching their objectives, ultimately creating unforgettable outdoor experiences that deepen their guests connection to nature. She enjoys walking through campgrounds and learning from the owners about their goals and visions, then discussing a strategic plan to help them realize those aspirations. This collaborative approach not only builds strong relationships but also ensures that the solutions are truly aligned with their needs.

Outside of work, Stacey immerses herself in outdoor activities like camping, fly fishing, and kayaking. When at home, she can be found nurturing her flower garden, crafting, or diving into a captivating book. While Stacey couldn't decide what she wanted to be when she grew up, she earned a B.S. in Marketing and Management, along with minors in Accounting and Finance from Montana State University. Additionally, she has certifications in festival and event planning, negotiation, and revenue management. Fun fact: Stacey once won a Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide motorcycle in a radio station giveaway—and yes, she learned how to ride it!

Michael Janabi

Strategic Advisor

Mike has over a dozen years of experience as a former Commercial Real Estate Investment Banker with PNC Real Estate and Berkadia. He is responsible for Acquisitions and Underwriting, focusing on strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing returns and creating value for stakeholders.

Based in Chicago, Mike enjoys running and biking along the lakefront, golfing, and exercising at the gym. Mike spent his childhood summers at camp, where it had a profound impact, particularly the nights spent marveling at the boundless starry night sky. These moments instilled a sense of wonder and possibility within, fueling his ambition to pursue his goals and sparking a vision of creating similar transformative experiences for others.

Beyond this, Michael enjoys time with his large extended family, traveling and learning new cultures, and expanding his knowledge in science, world affairs, and business.

Sean Cunningham

Strategic Advisor

Sean brings over a dozen years of leadership experience in the public and private sectors, spanning the Real Estate, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industries. He is responsible for Operations and Asset Management, with a focus on Manufactured Housing Communities and RV campground assets.

Growing up, Sean spent countless summers at the lake with his family and cousins, where fishing, bonfires, and outdoor adventures were a significant part of his upbringing. These experiences instilled a love for the outdoors and inspired him to create similar opportunities for other families to enjoy.

Based in Chicago, Sean resides with his wife, his daughter, and their dog. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and tennis and skiing during the winter months.
